Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if additional structural issues are discovered once work begins.
All material, labour, and equipment costs will be clearly itemised.
L&D Pools reserves the right to adjust pricing due to supplier increases or unforeseen conditions.
All equipment supplied remains the property of L&D Pools until fully paid.
Provide safe and reasonable access to the pool and work area.
Ensure the pool is drained when required (unless L&D Pools is contracted to do so).
Inform L&D Pools of any known leaks, structural issues, electrical hazards, or previous repairs.
Maintain correct water levels after completion of work.
Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety reasons.
Pre‑existing structural defects, underground leaks, or soil movement
Damage caused by incorrect water chemistry maintained by the Client
Electrical faults, power surges, or pump failure unrelated to workmanship
Algae growth caused by insufficient filtration or poor water balance
Issues arising from third‑party installations or equipment not supplied by L&D Pools
All new equipment supplied carries the manufacturer’s warranty only.
Fiberglass linings carry a workmanship warranty as specified in the quotation.
Plumbing and installation labour carries a 30‑day workmanship warranty.
No warranty applies where damage results from: Incorrect water chemistry Electrical surges Neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance Tampering or repairs by third parties
Work may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
Same‑day cancellations may incur a call‑out fee.
L&D Pools may postpone work due to unsafe weather, load shedding, or conditions that pose a risk to staff or equipment.
Damage caused by aging or faulty equipment
Structural movement, ground shifts, or underground leaks
Water loss due to cracks or defects not caused by L&D Pools
Chemical reactions caused by previous treatments or Client‑added chemicals
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Chemicals used during repairs or start‑up must be handled responsibly.
Clients must keep children and pets away from the pool for at least 2 hours after chemical treatment.
Staff may refuse to work if conditions are unsafe or access is obstructed.
The Client repeatedly fails to pay on time
Unsafe or hostile conditions are present
The Client breaches these Terms & Conditions
